Limited only by your imagination
Digital cutting requires no tooling and so is ideally suited to short run or prototype production, as well as larger production runs. Cut paths can be tweaked on the fly, if necessary, to ensure a perfect finish without the need for expensive rework, and camera positioning allows accurate registration of cut to print.
The capabilities of the cutting department here at Screens and Graphics have increased dramatically over the last few years. There are so many possibilities that each week we discover a new material we can cut, and a new project we can get involved with.

We can cut soft foam or silicon gaskets, plastic shims or spacers for engineering applications. We can cut stencils out of polycarbonate sheet for repeat product marking.
We can even cut precision shapes from sheets of adhesive to aid with product assembly – keeping manual handling of delicate materials to a minimum.
Harder materials and rigid sheets up to 20mm thick can be cut on our routing machine, allowing MDF, HIPS, Acrylic, Polycarbonate, ACM and Foam PVC to be milled with precision and accuracy.
